There is a one-time setup fee of $500.00 – this fee is non-refundable.
Your subscription tier is directly linked to your business’s annual revenue. As your revenue increases, so does the complexity and volume of bookkeeping required. Therefore, you will be moved to the appropriate higher tier as your revenue increases. This ensures fair and consistent pricing that aligns with the level of service and support you receive.

More revenue means more transactions, reconciliations and detailed allocations. Our tiered pricing ensures you’re always on the right level of service for your business size. It’s fair, scalable and means you only pay for what you need.
We review subscriptions quarterly, not monthly.
Your subscription tier is reviewed in consultation with you. We don’t increase your fee after a single big month, nor reduce it after a slower one. The goal is to track overall business growth, not short-term ups and downs.
Any adjustments are always a conversation first, not an automatic change.
The $500 Set-Up Fee covers getting your file properly established.
It’s a one-time fee and reflects the professional time and admin involved in laying a solid foundation for the growth of your business.
This includes identity verification, setting up your client portal, integrating your accounting platform, confirming our BAS Agent nomination with the ATO and the initial implementation of your Profit First framework.
How long the setup takes depends on how quickly you’re able to complete a few key steps we can’t do on your behalf — such as the BAS Agent nomination, the VOI (Verification of Identity) check and sending us access to your accounting software. Once those are done, we move quickly to get everything running smoothly.
Because the ATO and TPB require us to verify our clients’ identity.
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) require all registered BAS and Tax Agents to complete a Verification of Identity (VOI) check on their clients before we can act on their behalf. This ensures we’re working with the correct authorised person and protects you from fraud.
We use Scantek, a secure and trusted identity verification service, to complete this process. It’s quick, safe and you only need to do it once. While it may feel like an extra step, it’s a legal requirement that keeps your business compliant and your financial data secure.

We don’t do lock-in contracts. The only exception is the $500 setup fee, which is non-refundable, as it covers the time and work to properly establish your file. Beyond that, you’re free to leave at any time – no hard feelings.
